Browse our range of guides - use the list of links in the left hand column to navigate to the guide of your choice. There you will find a detailed description of the guide or CD-ROM and its contents, prices, view sneak previews and other useful information.

To select a guide - simply click on the 'Add to shopping basket' button on the page featuring that guide or CD-ROM. To take up a special offer, remember to tick the box indicated before adding to your basket. Our online shop will ask you to confirm your selection, and will store the product in your virtual basket. It will then automatically return you to the page you were viewing previously. To purchase any additional guides simply repeat this process.

If you change your mind - you can view the contents of your shopping basket and remove items at any time by selecting the 'View basket' link at the top of each page. Remove items as you wish and continue shopping by selecting the 'Return to catalog' link

Confirm your order - once you have finished and would like to proceed to pay for your guides, select the 'Go to checkout' link at the top of the page. (This link is visible on every page within our 'guides' section, however, you may continue to browse other areas of our website site and return to this section, since your basket will still contain the guides you have added).

Follow the step-by-step process - at the checkout page the contents of your virtual shopping basket will be listed and you will be asked to provide a few details to enable us to process your order. Follow the instructions provided, such as selecting the country that you would like the CD to be delivered to (this calculates the shipping costs).

Address details - you will be asked to provide the name and address of the credit cardholder. This enables us to check that the details match those held by your bank. In addition, if you would like your CD to be sent to a different address (e.g. a work address) you can specify an alternative address by following the instructions provided on the checkout pages. Please note that even if you are purchasing guides to download (in PDF format) you will still need to provide your address details for the credit card payment verification process.

Confirmation - once you have provided all the necessary information that will enable Simply Furnishings to deliver your guides and send your confirmation invoice, you will be taken directly to our payment pages. Processing your credit card transaction is taken care of by WorldPay, our longstanding payment partner. WorldPay uses a highly secure system and has an established reputation as a leading provider of online payment services. Select the 'Make payment' link to proceed with your order.

Making your payment - simply fill in your credit card details as requested and confirm your payment. WorldPay will immediately confirm whether your transaction has been authorised and processed successfully and will provide you with an order number as confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email for your order.

Receiving your guides - if you have ordered one or more of our guides to download you will be directed to a page with a link to the guide(s). Save the guide to your computer. If you encounter any difficulties you should be able to re-access the link to the downloads via your order confirmation email.
If you have ordered the CD all that remains is to sit back and wait for your CD to be delivered. We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed by the Simply Furnishings team on the same day. Your CD-ROM should normally reach you within 2-3 days, but delivery is guaranteed within 7-14 days.
