Hi there, Personally I have never made these and without reading your ebook it is difficult to comment on it. I have found a site called hotblinds.com (CLICK ON Caslan Designer Roman Shade Hobbled Style with Light Filtering Atria Fabric)with a picture of them that also has the ability to enlarge, and looking at these ones might be able to answer your question just from looking at the pics...if that makes sense to you? I right clicked and saved the picture allowing me to go into 'my pictres and enlarge it even further.Hope this helps.Or if not I am happy to read the ebook if you want to forward it to me....happy sewing...jean
